The deal on Iran, the leak of the framework agreement between the US and Iran, proposed by Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt:
- Iran agrees to commit not to enrich uranium for 3 years, and then agrees to enrich it to a level of less than 1.5% after that.
- Iran's reserves of highly enriched uranium will be transferred to a third country.
- Iran agrees not to transfer weapons and technology to its regional non-state allies.
- Iran undertakes not to use ballistic missiles (totally meaningless).
- Iran and the US agree to a non-aggression agreement.
The Pentagon has released footage of the flight operations of the deck-based aircraft of the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln in the direction of Iran,
Meanwhile, Iran has unveiled a new hypersonic missile "Khorramshahr 4" is entering service in Iranian missile cities with a range of two thousand kilometers and a speed of up to 16 Mach.
The "Khorramshahr-4" missile is one of the most advanced Iranian ballistic missiles, with a warhead weighing up to 1,500 kg.
It has a maneuverable warhead, a low radar signature, and is resistant to electronic warfare.
The virtual US embassy in Iran has called on American citizens to leave Iran immediately.
Similar appeals were previously published at the height of Iranian protests in January and in June last year, on the eve of Operation "Midnight Hammer".
Today, negotiations between the US and Iran on de-escalation will take place in Oman.
The United States agreed to exclude Tehran's missile program and Iran's support for its proxies in the region from the discussion, focusing on the nuclear issue instead.
The US administration is working on the issue of forming a temporary government in Iran in case the current Iranian authorities are no longer able to lead the country, reports The National, citing sources.
"A source close to American initiatives to find an alternative to the current regime in Iran told the newspaper that President Jared Kushner's son-in-law is closely involved in the process. He is helping to gather a group of Iranian-American business leaders to provide advice on the formation of a transitional structure that would help govern Iran in the event of a regime collapse," the publication informs.
According to the source, the US administration wants to gather Iranian opposition figures in Palm Beach, Florida. The meeting could take place this weekend, but the logistics of the event have proven to be complicated. It's also unclear whether the opposition will be invited to the presidential residence Mar-a-Lago located in the area or somewhere nearby. The White House declined to comment on this information.

| Iran’s Parliament National Security Committee Spox:
Tomorrow’s negotiations in Muscat will go nowhere unless the U.S. drops its pressure tactics and overreaching demands. Our focus remains on the field (i.e. on the ground realities).
Iran will attack US bases in the Persian Gulf region in the event of an attack, said Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi.
He added that Tehran does not intend to discuss its missile program either now or in the future. He also ruled out the export of enriched uranium from the country.
The Iranian Foreign Minister stated that Tehran will not abandon uranium enrichment and the missile program.
"The enrichment of (nuclear) fuel is our inalienable right, and it should continue. Even with bombings, they couldn't destroy our capabilities. We are ready to reach a promising agreement on enrichment," said Araghchi.
He also warned the US that Iran will strike American bases in the Middle East in the event of an American attack.
"We cannot attack American soil, but we will attack their bases in the region."
I wouldn’t bother hitting American bases. I’d go for all the oil production facilities in the region. That way those countries will put pressure on America not to attack for fear that oil facilities will be destroyed.
Iranian FM Araghchi says Iran needs an objective guarantee that the US will not use force to resolve differences during the talks, stressing that past attempts have failed. He adds that Iran’s nuclear program cannot be bombed and destroyed.

The US Navy's aircraft carrier strike group, led by the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush, is preparing to deploy to the Middle East as part of an unprecedented buildup of forces in the Iranian direction.
