Looks like Z3-AAF (sn 23858) is available for lease as of October 1, 2007. It's listed at the bottom of the document under "commercial jet aircraft." Does anyone know what plans MAT has for replacing this aircraft? Maybe they are just going to extend the current lease?
Z3-AAF to be replaced?

Actually, here's another link confirming the availability of the aircraft.

This could be due to the arrival of the second CRJ-900 that MAT has been expecting for some time now.
However, the question is, how they gonna manage so many flights that ussualy require extra luggage (Zurich and probably Paris, most of the passengers are coming from the continental routes, which means extra luggage for sure) and the usual expats from Germany and the European region? I once was a witness of a overloaded flight so the flight attendants were forced to take some luggage out from the passengers on check in, and around one third of the bags were not loaded. This means you have to hassle around the airport in Skopje at least couple of days after you arrive to pick up the rest of your things. Another example is last summer, when the CRJ-900 arrived, in the first 4-5 months almost on every route that the CRJ-900 served, they had to send the Boeing the next day or next schedule flight to pick up the rest of the luggage left because didn't have space in the small regional jet.
If the situation is bad like this, how it would be better with two regional jets? Or maybe they anticipate a marginalization in the market since the new arrival of the one or two charter airlines lately?
